Support Tipjar #250

Could be interesting as a way to encourage supporting websites folks visit. Will need to look into how it could be implemented in the most privacy-conscious way; probably by syncing the manual list with Tipjar in the codebase itself so the lookup can be performed offline.

I'll work to move the compatibility list to JSON, so it will be easier to plug into third-party implementations. The meta tag support should be pretty easy to implement, at least.
