Explain how to set up keyboard shortcuts #62

Unless/until we get a keyboard shortcuts portal, we'll need to prompt users in-app, e.g. on first run. Here's an idea of how I'd see it looking in a dialog:

Set up a global keyboard shortcut for Ideogram? It only takes a moment and will let you open Ideogram from anywhere with the shortcut of your choosing.

Not Now Learn How

Then if Learn How is selected:

Set a custom shortcut in System Settings Head to System Settings → Keyboard → Shortcuts → Custom, then add a new shortcut with the following:

flatpak run com.github.cassidyjames.ideogram

Select the row again to set a custom shortcut, then press the shortcut keys (e.g. SuperE).

Do It Later Done!
