Add Show/Hide menu option relating to button panel (enhancement request follow on from issue 69) #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On some systems, a cleanly installed svnX displays no add
repository/working copy panel in the main windows

2. On a system that does have the panel visible, pressing the "magic" key
combination command-E makes them disappear

3. Present a naive user with the system and ask them to add a repository.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can't see the panels and I don't know how to make them visible. There is
no clue provided anywhere in the interface. Only by googling the problem do
I find the solution here in issue 69 in the tracker. I would expect a menu
item to be available to show me that toggling the panels is actually
possible. Hell I nearly had to install a different svn client  this
afternoon just because I couldn't find where the button panels had gone!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1 on OSX 10.5.8 and 10.6
