increase font size in help #88

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open help

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ability to increase the font, the current font is too small

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
svnx 1.2b1

The help text is in an RTF file so I don't think it's reasonable to do this.

The file is identical to the 'Read Me.rtf' file on the disc image, so you can 
always open that with TextEdit and 
change the magnification or text size there.
Alternatively pressing the control key while pushing forwards on the mouse 
scroll wheel produces surprisingly 
clear results.

Most of the text is 12 pt Lucida Grande, which is a reasonable size.
The mono-spaced text may be a little clearer in Monaco or Andale Mono rather 
than Courier.

[Eventually I'd like to replace it all with a more interactive & structured 
HTML document.
 But it all takes time...]

Unfortunately simply saving it as HTML from TextEdit messes up a lot of the 
indentation & offers nothing in 
terms of interactivity, document structure or navigation.

Added new Help Book in 1.3b1.
This allows changing font size.
