Audacity is not recording webstream using soundflower

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. simply selecting soundflower as the input device for audacity
2. channel 2 or 16, makes no difference
3. hitting record button on audacity fails to make it record

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to record track in audacity. message is: stream is operating but no
data can be collected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Audacity 1.3.10.0  Soundflower 1.5.1  Mac OX 10.5.8

Please provide any additional information below.
Audacity works fine otherwise, i.e. with mike, etc.

Just to check, did you have the input/output set in ( system panel -> sound, 
unless set through another 3rd 
party program ) to go through soundflower channels? It can not relay anything 
unless it is receiving something.

I am recording through Audacity direct from .At first set all SF as directed 
but no level as soon as I had set the output from Macbook output hot signal no 
problems here.

The same for me, I only set up the input with soundflower and as soon as I set 
up the output, it is working. (Lion version) Thanks for the tip.
