On export of framework, get Errror: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'ceasn:isChildOf') #1321

I got the error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'ceasn:isChildOf') ON https://cass.credentialengine.org/api/ceasn/4ec406d30b4bb040ed52be7c6267ea93

@gloverkari I just tried this again, and I no longer get an error. I was also able to publish the framework, so I am closing this issue.
