Encountered error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'startsWith') #1329

@gloverkari An error was encountered trying to publish the competency collection: Comprehensive Western Governors University (WGU) Rich Skill Descriptors (RSDs)

The collection has 3500+ competencies. I tried doing an export and after several minutes I received the following error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'startsWith')

I just re-uploaded the WGU Collection via this spreadsheet).

I re-uploaded it because the column headers were backwards for competencyLabel and competencyText. Despite it including 3,532 competencies, I didn't encounter any issues uploading it. I don't see any issues with the CSV (after I corrected it).

This is the Collection that GitHub issue #1329 is about.

This is the last of the open WGU issues getting in the way of them finalizing their work that had been going on for months now. After re-uploading it, I approved it and re-published but I've been waiting probably 15 minutes or more for the spinner to stop and either show it's published or an error. Same with the CaSS CTDL JSON LD export that Mike already posted about.

After at least 15 minuts I just now got the CaSS CTDL JSON LD export. It took minimally 15 minutes but it did download with NO errors. https://cass.credentialengine.org/api/ceasn/36ca9786cc1eebc71c5f92c4468fa8e3.

However, I finally got the error message for publishing. It took at least 15 minutes to get this error message, "ERROR: Could NOT retrieve payload for: Comprehensive Western Governors University (WGU) Rich Skill Descriptors (RSDs), CTID: ce-d4fc564d-0e77-4f5e-a5b4-7c14b9584a46"

Isn't this the same issue we had on sandbox and it was a performance issue? If so, we need to increase performance of the CE/ CaSS production environment.

Several optimizations have been added to cass and cass-editor to improve performance. Additionally, resources for the CE/CaSS production environment were increased. It is now possible to export this framework without errors caused by resource limits. The successful export is attached.
