Implement offset with case url import to retrieve all results. #1340

Import from OpenSalt needs a paging or filtering option

Implemented paging to retrieve all available documents from an OpenSalt endpoint. The default limit from OpenSalt is 1000 and the expectation is to use paging to retrieve additional results.
