Nothing happens when I click on the 'Drop us an email' button.

@ClairePUK this is probably because you don't have an email client configured (it's a link that opens your default email program)

Will the majority of users have this configured? Worried that this may be a problem for people getting in touch with us. How do I configure Outlook?

most of them will yes, it may be a feature you'll have to draft otherwise for future iterations
