Add in all team members #6

In the latest commit (e289855), I modify the layout for the personal page. A new parameter is added to help the grouping. Originally, the grouping is based on the "subtitle" parameter. Now a dedicated parameter "category" is used. Current valid categories are lab_head, scientist, postdoc, phd_student, master_student, staff, and visitor. Now people could have slightly different sub-title under the same category.

Commit 9f2fa8d contains all the current team members that I could think of. Some of the pages contain only a name and an email address. I could update the pages once the detailed info. is available. Additionally, there are several team members that I do not have a good portrait. I leave placeholders there. Three placeholders are up-loaded to the img/team folder. One for female, one for male, and the last for persons I do not know.

A slack message has been sent to all the current team members. If no members are missing and no one request an update, I think we could close this issue.
