Fix titles and permalinks #9

Can you please describe the issue? We can work on it on Friday

Titles are the texts that show up on browser tabs. For example, the homepage tab says "Air Lab - Air Lab". It should just say "Air Lab".

Also, we need to change the permalinks for posts. For example, the ALFA dataset post can be categorized under datasets by changing the url to dataset/alfa, and so on.

Lol thanks for describing the title concept :)).

Please don't change the url to the dataset. The current url is referenced in two papers. I will add link forwarding for it later, then we can change the url.

Fixed
