Verify the reference frame of the odometry source. #132

Need to determine if the odometry on the robot is published in the UTM frame or some other Euclidean frame.

@mcorah It seems like this has been taken over by you, you determined it to be lat/long correct?

Sort of. Description isn't quite clear since we care both about the odometry we are using on robot/sim as well as the RTK units.

You've been looking at odometry sources on the robot so we should try to get that cleared up so we can substitute the RTK GPS.
