Fix BIOS/Boot issue on M3 Manifold #61

M3 manifold does not seem to boot properly without a monitor connected (and going through the del-esc-enter) sequence.

One possibility is improperly charged CMOS battery (Micah has left on today 4/15 for a while). That should not be an issue by now.

Are there other settings that could be changed?

@rebeccacm Could you investigate when you get a chance (Google this issue for Manifold and review the user guide @hocherie sent earlier (not sure if that was just to me))
