Test driver and USB power to GQ7 on drone #69

The driver function should be fine since the drone CPUs are Intex x86. We should try to verify that there are no issues sourcing power or take first steps to verify that we do not run into miscellaneous software or hardware issues/crashes.

Driver functions but does not yet produce expected data. Closing this issue now. If necessary, we can create another issue later for the debugging work.
