Added implementations for query handler and reifier #3

HI Paolo,

I was finally able to setup the cluster with the newest version of HBase (0.89.20100924). This forced changes to the HBaseTestingUtility class (and some associated classes) since that class originally depended on 0.20.6. I've added simple implementations for a query handler and reifier. I have also added some JUnit tests for the reifier. I've also slightly modified the package structure for the tests. The university will be closed for a week now and I have to shutdown the cluster so I will only be able to work on this stuff in about 10 days.

Great, I have a few comments... but for the moment let's integrate everything. You are doing a great job, congratulation.
