Support for geometry shaders in GLSL #2

It's not clear to me how that should be implemented. Suggestions are welcome!

I've been thinking about having an "effect panel" with settings specific to
a certain effect. For GLSL we could have a checkbox to enable/disable
geometry shaders and that would dynamically change the number of inputs in
the effect.
