Messaging and/or notification issue #42

Since the last update, I have received two notification about received messages, but when I check the chat section, nothing new shows up. Either the messages are missing or I'm receiving random notifications from the app.

Device: Samaung Galaxy J3 (2016) Model #: SM-J320P OS: Android 5.1.1

it is very possible that the support for the application is to new or that the time to render is to long. previously your version of the OS was not supported but the most recent updated version o the marketplace has support now for Android 5.0+

Unfortunately Android Kitkat is very old, unsecure, and prone to malicious spyware so i chose my default to not include it for support out of concern. However it still makes up 90% of the OS versions so give the new update a try and let me know if there is anything else.
