Update the Mail Chimp "Marketing Permissions" copy #133

I just wanted to make sure we saw that this form copy was editable so if we want to customize any of the language for the actual options or the accompanying descriptions we can! It'll be better to do this sooner than later as I believe the option label names map directly to the mail list segments.

I'm happy to roll into the mail chimp backend and make these changes if @zdavis you have any ideas for language changes. If no changes are necessary we'll just close this issue.

Blake, can you please check all sections where the signup content appears and make sure it renders correctly. In my development environment, I see this on /resources:

@zdavis this fix is on master and ready for your review. I looked at every page and verified it will always look like:
