(Info) Unable to obtain CDM for v16 to v27 #185

Starting around the first week of September, we noticed that older version of castLabs electron can not get a CDM. Old CDMs that have already been downloaded are still available, but are fatal to new installations.

We've tested in the following environment:

castLabs Electron version CDM Delivery
28.0.0 4.10.2830.0 CUS
27.3.11 N/A CUS
16.0.0 N/A CUS
15.5.7 4.10.2830.0 Lorry

We aren't sure if this is expected behavior, but is almost consistent with Widevine CDM support status. https://github.com/castlabs/electron-releases/wiki#status
