Our current fatjar currently exceeds PyPI limits: https://pypi.org/help/#file-size-limit

I filed an issue a while ago, but haven't heard back: https://github.com/pypa/warehouse/issues/6949

I'm going to try to get under 60 MB limit anyway... putting the fatjar on a diet is an independently good idea.
