Update readme #90

@tuzhucheng I made the README a bit more readable so that @dishant-mittal could just copy paste the the commands and train the model. Do you mind doing a quick review?

The bottom of README still reference python utils.py, but this file is no longer there. This needs to be updated?

I cannot find how data/word2vec.trecqa.pt should be generated now that the utils file is removed - if I run it without the file it gives an error.
