initial version for performance evaluation once evaluate button on evaluate performance page is clicked, then for each audio file

contact server for audio files prep
get audio and predict as it collects performance metrics
generate summary with the collected performance metrics (this flow is in evaluatePerformanceController.js)

Following diffs will include

@daemon changes in controller/homeController.js are simply caused by changes in padding
