System Setup

OS: Ubuntu 22.04.3 Memory: 16GB CPU: Intel i7-1065G7 (4) Python Version: 3.10.12 Java Version: 21.0.2 Maven: 3.9.6

I was able to reproduce everything successfully. However, I originally had trouble building nmslib with Python>=3.10 on Ubuntu 24.04 and never found a resolution.
