HTML tags displayed in documentation #144

Hello!

I just flag that I'm witnessing an issue that was raised previously here and subsequently closed; namely, that HTML tags are being displayed in documentation, both when hovering over code and when pressing Ctrl+space. This is on Windows 10, using Visual Studio Code version 1.38.1.

A fix for this will be released in an upcoming version of the gem. Related: castwide/solargraph#227

Fixed in gem version 0.38.0.
