Load times for CasualOS can be fairly inconsistent. This task is to setup some sort of reporting mechanism that is able to track load times. It should include the following information:

[ ] Time to load config
[ ] Time to autologin
[ ] Time to display BIOS
[ ] Time to load inst from selection
