portalZoomableMax and portalZoomableMin in perspective mode do not seem to work #459

If the camera is set to perspective mode, it appears that portalZoomableMax and portalZoomableMin do not work.

The portalPannable tags still seem to work, making it seem like maybe it's a bug. Additionally, portalZoomable appears to work normally as well.
