Fix typos and grammar in README #27

Hello! I think this project is really cool, so I'd like to help convince many more people to use it. For that, a flawless readme is important, as it gives a first impression of the project, so I went through all of it to ensure the English was good.

I also added a little spacer
before point 4, to make it a bit clearer that this is a new section, and parts 1-3 are available elsewhere. It just looked a bit cramped imo, but feel free to remove that if you'd prefer.
