despite having raw media download it still download mp3 #32

despite having raw media download it still download mp3,instead of ogg,i have windows 10 and i have the latest version

Sounds stupid but I set the file format in the advanced settings to .ogg because the raw media option doesn't work(?).

Can you check the latest development branch, i have pushed changes that should fix this issue !
