Changes:

Adding suppress to warnings (for pdf and image files) in log when debug is true
Applying a generic project_number to entries that have a valid format but not in the data source
Switching from raw_data_path to absolute_file_path in some areas to prevent odd warnings or duplicates
Added some more file extensions to the ignore list
