Port #49408 eBook reader to Store / Read books from DDA to Bright Nights #1347

The update from last June I believe it was gives E-Ink readers a valuable use especially for more nomadic play styles. I'd start cracking at it myself but I wouldn't even know where to begin or if Bright Nights has the pre-requiste pull #46304 Move ACT_READ from activity_handler to activity_actor.

It might be that Bright Nights can't do it that way due to the coding differences between the two but allowing the player to scan books on to the E-Ink tablet would be very useful.

If we do already have this feature then I'm clearly trying to do it wrong.

I think this is a feature that many people want (me included), but this will be quite hard to port. The 46304 one is the hardest, lots of things changed even before this one. Maybe coming up with a BN specific solution would be easier? Thoughts?

I think I might be able to do this with a custom solution for BN, we'll see
