Deluxe Beans and Rice conflicts with Meat Intolerance when made with eggs #1414

Describe the bug

When deluxe beans and rice are crafted with the option for eggs, the item is incorrectly flagged as containing flesh. If a survivor has the "Meat Intolerance" trait, the item causes an allergic reaction when consumed.
