Farm houses don't have power grid connection between Z-levels #1592

Describe the bug

There are houses in farms which should have power grid because they have electric appliances like refrigerators and ovens. However, when I installed solar panels on a roof (z-level 2) and battery on 0 floor in farm house in horse stables location, it didn't worked.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Find horse farm with house
  2. Install power source on roof
  3. Try to use power on lower levels.

OR

  1. Find horse farm in overmap.
  2. Check overmap file using guide.
  3. Find that there is no connections between Z-levels.

Expected behavior

Z-levels in houses should be connected by power grid.

Another building without power connection: cathedral. It's roof doesn't connected to other levels. Basement and main floor is OK though.
