Mall powergrid does not function correctly. #2205

Describe the bug

Power grid of malls seem to be broken. They start off working fine for flow of power then it all vanishes. on the first floor. Second floor grid seems to not function at all or just break. Third floor attempts to do a jumper cable bypass results in a lost grid error.

Steps To Reproduce

Set up solar on mall roof. build battery on lower floor. Battery starts working. Power vanishes even after removing all fridges.

Extra bonus Set up solar on 4th level Build storage battery Set up jumper cable bypass Get error about lost grid.

Additional context

I have had someone else help me check this and in their words. This mall is cursed. Here is my save and sorry for the mess of my base for who ever checks this out.

There are about ten fridges i missed on the ground floor of this save but even removing them things still will not work.

Tried this save and can confirm there is some unknown problem with mall. Initially there was a charge in the z-level 0 but after dismantling the battery i wasn't able to get any battery to charge in the mall. Using debug i added several dozen upgraded solar panels with a battery next to them and the grid was dead when testing with voltmeter and checking battery levels. Batteries didn't charge even when placing them in the same grid where solar panels were. Tested on all levels with no success. Voltmeter shown grid connections in all areas of mall though. Tried setting a grid in a nearby farmhouse and it worked without any issues.
