Talking to traders makes trader items vanish

Describe the bug

When you enter a shop there's usually stuff on shelves and tiles. When you talk to the trader, trade, and leave, all the stuff disappears.

I also notice the traders don't trade the stuff near their tiles anymore, just what they have in their inventory. I think they used to trade everything 1 tile around them, I might be wrong tho.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to trade
2. See stuff on tiles around trader
3. Talk to trader and trade
4. Watch stuff on tiles vanish

I think there was a PR a while back that changed traders. Might be related to that.

This seems to be fixed...or not? Don't see any traders with vanishing items anymore.
