Discrepency between the wording of the Jittery negitive trait and how it works #349

The wording of the trait is "When very hungry or under the effects of stimulants, you may find your hands shaking uncontrollably, severely reducing your dexterity."

I started a character with this trait and have noted that

A: Jitters are occurring despite not having taken any stimulants and hunger at sated. I had not been in combat the first time I noticed this and there were no enemies nearby so even if combat causes an adrenaline rush that counts as stimulants that wasn't the cause in this situation.

B: My characters strength was also reduced. Jitters were the only effect they were listed as having.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a character with the negative trait Jittery, observe over time that jitters occur in situations other than those the description of the trait mentions.

Expected behavior

The description of the trait and what the trait actually does match. One or the other should be changed so they match.

Versions and configuration

Update after starting a fresh character to reproduce the issue:

Attached is a save of a character who began suffering effects as I was crafting in the evac shelter immediately after starting the game. I just noticed that the effect is listed as "shakes" not jitters. She does have an addictive personality, but she hasn't even consumed food or water let alone anything addictive since I started the game. I may have mistaken a problem with jittery for a problem with addictive personality. If this is addictive personality causing the problem it seems odd that she would come pre-addicted I don't recall that being part of the trait.

Addictive personality only causes earlier and longer lasting addictions. Jittery causes shakes. The description is wrong, but I guess it's also a chance to rethink the whole trait. It's not a well designed one.
