Add larger funnels to vehicles #4488

Having a vehicle and a funnel with a tank under it, it might just take about 1 season of raining to get a tank (60L) full.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add larger funnels than the currently "funnel" available to vehicles. Or rather, make the other funnels funnel more:

In order of volume funneled:

makeshift funnel/birchbark funnel > leather funnel > funnel > metal funnel

Like there are already metal funnels and tarpaulins rain catcher. Make some use of it as vehicle parts with more volume funneling into the tanks.

1 tarpaulin rain catcher and 200L tank, 1 rain event, and the 200L tank is full. Meanwhile I've to wait about 1 season to get a 60L tank full if I'm lucky and it rains hard.

Can you tell me if you've tested a metal funnel as a vehiclepart? Does it fill super slow like you're saying it does here too, or does it fill decently fast? It should be filling even faster than the tarp raincatcher, as metal funnels have a rate of 100 liters while raincatchers have 85.5 liters rate.

@chaosvolt Tested it, no change between tarp raincatcher and normal funnel.

Haven't tested the metal funnel tho.

Damn. I'm wondering if there's an actual difference with funnel code between traps vs vehicle parts, or if it's just the range of RNG is much wider than the differences in the numbers.
