"Chop Trees" Zone action provides less wood than chopping down trees manually

Describe the bug

When using the Chop Trees zone action to clear trees, when chopping down fully sized trees, it only generates 1-2 trunks to be chopped into logs, compared to the 3-4 generated when trees are chopped down manually.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Mark an area of trees with the Chop Trees Zone
2. Use zone action (With Fire axe wielded, may have effect but probably not?)
