Error occurs sometimes when pressing shift Q

Describe the bug

When I want to kill the character I'm playing I spam Shift-Q. Sometimes I get the error below after confirming, but I'm not sure what causes it. This is usually fatal for the process and crashes to desktop:

Steps To Reproduce

Happens occassionally when quitting a character. Unknown how to replicate.
