Describe the bug

I am accused of having stolen three aluminum ingots after trading with arsonist at refuge.

Steps To Reproduce

Load attached save (Pilot Hill.zip).
Trade items shown on first screenshot.
Say goodbye to trader.

Oh yeah, I know it's the ingots because when I dropped everything, they were the only ones highlighted with the ! mark.

As reported by Kuyumi in the Discord: this happened when they were attempting to trade just one item out of a stack. This forced the entire stack into their hands, and thus counted all but one of the items in the stack as stolen.
