Bonus bug that I spotted on the discord that I need to add here: it's also showing the "hall of mirrors" effect for the transparent parts of that terrain's fallback sprite, when normal behavior is to render transparent areas of terrain sprites as black. I haven't seen that since DDA's 0.C era, so it appearing on any build of latest experimental is Not Good.
This technically also does it with open air tiles so it has to be related I'd bet
Describe the bug
in one of my game, i stumbled into a tile, in a house wall, that is not refreshing at all, for example, if i open a panel in the middle of the screen, that tile would then look like a chunk froom that panel once i close it and resume the game. that tile also shows a small blue square in its center. (just like before, when z levels were rendered like that as small squares). if the wall or the floor were damaged, tile should show zlevel below, not that unrefreshing type with a blue square in the middle.
Steps To Reproduce
open my save, look at the wall, confirm the bug.
Screenshots
it's the tile on the left side of screen, that house wall tile, behind the bed next to the player.
