Describe the bug

When tried to load a liquid in a water heater in the LMOE shelter, in this case Essence, a single unit always remains that cant be put anywhere, and when dumped and tried to grab it, it disappears

Steps To Reproduce

1.Player start in the LMOE shelter. 2.Load liquid, in this case Essence, into water heater, nothing happens the first time, the bug happens after the first time
