Enabling aftershock causes 'you only find damaged organs' message to appear

Describe the bug

When dissecting for bionics, the 'You only find damaged organs' message appears even when you find burnt-out bionics (which actually have a use with Aftershock enabled.) Note this does not happen if you find working bionics

Steps To Reproduce

Dissect a fucked up shocker or something. Get burnt out bionics and 'you only find damaged organs'

Expected behavior

This is just really a small issue, but might interfere with massed dissection since it makes burnt-outs a 'bad message'

Only seems to happen w/ shocker zombies.
