More comparisons.
3a They are all gone out of the way, they are together become good for nothing, there is none that does good, no not one. 3b Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness; their feet are swift to shed blood: destruction and misery are in their ways; and the way of peace they have not known: there is no fear of God before their eyes.
Douay-Rheims 1899 American Edition:
They are all gone aside, they are become unprofitable together: there is none that doth good, no not one. Their throat is an open sepulchre: with their tongues they acted deceitfully; the poison of asps is under their lips. Their mouth is full of cursing and bitterness; their feet are swift to shed blood. Destruction and unhappiness in their ways: and the way of peace they have not known: there is no fear of God before their eyes.
Balancing LXX and KJV is tricky given the MT is the source for the later. The main goal of this project thus far has been to use the language of the KJV, but amend it to arrive closer to the LXX. In some cases, this means totally reworking a given verse.
Some other good translations to compare are Bretons (although this one is more a gloss that a serious translation) and NETS. If you have a recommendation on how to improve the text, feel free to post it to this issue.
I would propose appending the exact text of Romans 3:13-18.
Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood: Destruction and misery are in their ways: And the way of peace have they not known: There is no fear of God before their eyes.
I can create a pull request for this if you agree.
I made mention of this in the PR, but that extra text you're pulling from Romans is absent in the LXX. I did observe recently that it is in Jerome's Vulgate (even the critical edition - which aims to go back to the original work of Jerome - has it). I'm honestly not sure where this addition came from; I want to research this further in the future.
It looks like Psalm 13:3 has been somewhat conformed to the LXX ("filthy" -> "unprofitable"?) but it looks like there is still some missing text.
