I favor "perfected" here to keep in line with the Greek. Note, that Breton's translation is more of a gloss - he only created it with the intent to provide assistance to his Greek manuscripts, rather than making it a robust, stand-alone translation.
Our current text reads:
The translations that refer to "body" (as opposed to "ears") seem to prefer the word "prepared". And this would more closely align with Hebrew's quotation of this passage.
I propose we change the word perfected to prepared.
