Add favicons to tab list #14

Having the favicon show up next to the tab's title should help with quick identification.

Favicons have been removed from WPE WebKit in the past since they were never implemented properly. So work is required upstream to make them work. If desired, doing the work upstream should be coordinated with the WPE WebKit folks.

The favicons should likely also be added to the history suggestions option menu once available.
