I converted the training images (3D) into images in 2D (axial,coronal,sagittal)and used them into a segmentation task and I did the same thing for the test images and for evaluating the performace I am using the 2 mtrics describrd here my question is I am kind of confused about the testmasks aren't they suppose to be the gt_std.zraw!! I treid to convert them the same way as the images but every time I got an error #7
