Fix "get_adapter returns NULL" snafu axe_wakeup #1152

The global variable "a" was shadowed by the local variable...

Potential fix for https://github.com/Jalle19/satip-axe/issues/7 and https://github.com/catalinii/minisatip/issues/313

Still WIP, needed to make a pull request to get binaries built easily

This didn't fix any wakeup issues, but it did fix setting and deleting of PID filters
