Update readme files and chart description and keywords.

@draghuram and @nitishdsharma please take a look at these changes. I believe that we'll also need to make some changes local to the rancher/partner-charts repo, specifically to upstream.yaml and overlay/app-readme.md.

Why are we maintaining copies of app-readme.md files in this repo if these are specific to Rancher? I believe the version in the overlay directory in Rancher's repo will override the version here anyway.

Looks good to me as far as content is concerned. I will let Nitish answer about having app readme in this repo.
