Can you please move the message log and the polling list to the home page. So that the message log is above the polling stats. Also if possible, an ajax function so it updates live (this would be neat!)
Also, there may be some issues with having an edit for the polling list on the front page (what are your thoughts?) - essentially I thin it would be grab to show the messages coming in and the various poll submissions updating.
