Polls - Default response - Start immediately overlap #5

When creating a new poll in between Question and Groups are Default response and Start immediately. The Default response textarea is currently hiding behind the Start immediately checkbox, Please move the Default response textarea to fit snugly below the Question text input.

Note: This was observed in Firefox 8 and Safari 5 on MacOS X

This was fixed by commit 78a684b3b719607fef6d70a2ce390a2da02018b3
